Refund Policy and Notice


  1. For replacements or refunds, our customer service team will attempt to contact you twice.
  2. If there is no response after two contact attempts, the item will be automatically refunded.
  3. Order cancellations after placing the order will incur a 5% processing fee of the total order value.
  4. Refunds are usually processed within 24–48 hours.
  5. Depending on your bank, it may take 3–5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

    For health and safety reasons, we are not responsible for any meat products left unattended at the delivery location. Liability transfers to the customer after delivery if unattended
